All goods will be shipped via United States Post Office Parcel Post.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

We cannot accept worn or used shoes.

Unworn shoes, however, may be exchanged with 30 days only with a preauthorized return code. If there is no code, your account will not be credited. These exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking charge and the customer will pay for shipping.

Jewelry will not be returnable under any circumstances.


Can I be assured your packaging will be discreet?

Yes, all goods will be shipped to you from our warehouse with the return address of L D  11735 W. Dixon Street West Allis, Wisconsin 53214. We will not identify Le Dame Footwear anywhere on the packaging.


Can you assure me that my personal information remains personal?

Absolutely! All personal information will be kept in the strictest confidence and we do not and will not share your information with anyone. We value your business and want to ensure that you will return to us often for your footwear needs.


What about my credit card or checking account information?

We use PayPal because of its reputation for excellence in providing a secure shopping experience.


Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we can email you a USPO tracking # once the goods have been shipped. You must request it upon purchase or by emailing or calling us.


Can I cancel or refuse an order after it has been shipped?

We will charge a $20.00 cancellation fee for any goods returned because of a bad address, or if they have been refused upon delivery.


How soon after I place an order will you ship it?

Our goal is to ship the item within 72 hours of receiving your order and with US Parcel Post you can expect that it will take 5 – 10 shipping days to arrive. If you want your purchase sooner, contact us at needitnow@ledame.com and we will give you your options.


Can you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, that is the beauty of the USPO: that they will deliver to a PO Box.


What kind of guarantee do you have?

We stand behind our products from a manufacturing defect standpoint. If something is defective, contact us and we will rectify the problem. Just remember, do not ship anything back without having a return authorization first.
